Action Replay is a female-fronted heavy melodic rock/metal band at its most unique, with powerful female vocals, beautiful guitar solos, pounding drum beats and articulated bass parts. Combining intricately written songs with an instantly accessible noise, Action Replay is based in Birmingham, UK. In February 2011 Action Replay released their first EP 'Burning in Ice'. The main reason for this is to gain greater exposure through radio airplay, download sales, a better internet presence and, most importantly, a burning desire to gig nationally. Originally formed 3 years ago, Action Replay's new line-up was cemented in September 2010 with the addition of Matt Draycott on lead guitar. Since then the band has taken great steps forward, with a promo photo shoot, recording of the 4 track EP 'Burning in Ice', gaining radio airplay for the first time and a music video to be filmed later this spring! Our primary aim is to now play at universities, rock clubs and festivals across the UK.
